“EAT THAT FROG WITH A POMORDORO TECHNIQUE”:

POMORDORO TECHNQUE:

Pomordor is Italian for tomato 🍅 .This popular time management method asks you to alternate pomodoros ,focused work sessions ,with frequent short breaks to promote sustained concentration and stave off mental fatigue.

Some may find the rules of this time management technique to bee too rigid. This includes the fixed time intervals intended for you work sessions and breaks.
but personally I really enjoyed the study using this technique. ☹

MY CHOOSEN TASK:
I was assigned a task of 30 theorems in group theory.

USING POMORDORO TECHNIQUE:
ALARM SETTING:
My task was not of business purposes, but I used Pomodoro timer in the Clockify extensions.

As I have downloaded the right extension, I set my break(25 minutes),and set alarm to notify me that you have spend 10 minutes on your task. And start the timer for my task.

TASK OVERVIEW:
I over viewed the given task and read all the theorems that was given to me.

DIVIDED MY TASK:
As 30 theroms are given,so I decided to do 10 theorems and will then take break and after break I will do 10 and so on.

STARTING TASK:
IMPROVED MY ESTIMATES:

When I started working session, I came to know that this is the time I should focus solely on my work. I shouldn’t let anyone distract me, or procrastinate.

But,when I heared that notification that I spend 10 minutes,I feeled distracted, turn off alam and gone back to work.(but asal mai nothings happened like this ☺ I picked up the phone and start chatting with other apees.I love that you people think oh she is so intelligent. But thats not true)

ELIMINATED BURNOUT AND IMPROVED WELL-BEING:
As I was assigned a lot of work to do within a day, I was tempting to just work continuously until I have finished. But, this is a counterproductive practice that causes a decrease in the quality of my work as time goes by.

But, when I heared the timer alarm sound, I came to know that I can rest for a short while(25 minutes).
But unfollow I take break of 40 minutes.Again I stuck in Group chatting. Feeling bad for that(Actually not feeling bad hah). But I was happy because I had covered 10 theroms out of 30.(Wo bhi may be wrong because In my whole life I didn’t done correct theorem by myself)

An easy way that track my productivity:
I set again and started the 20 remaining theroms, to complete more 10 in give limited time. But I took more time because they are very boring and confusing.
The Pomodoro technique gives me a simple way to tell how productive I’m.
I started working with fresh mind, and was feeling relaxed after taking break(Again jhoot).

It was easier for me resume my work.
I focused on my work without any distractions and was continuously working.
And again feeled distracted when notified that I have spended more 10 minutes but I repeat the same ,turned off the alarm and gone back for work.Tehehehe
I done with my work within limited time.
I take 3 breaks.
First one break was of 4o minutes, but other 2 was of 25 minutes.hoo

DONE WITH TASK:

Through this technique I done with task in limited time with feeling board or any distraction.I have completed my 30 theorems and also submitted on time.

BREAKS:
I use my 25-minute breaks well.I didn't just sit in my work area until the 25 minutes are up. I refiled my bottle of water, and maked a cup of coffee.

I changed my environment, and notify my body that I’m on a break. This really helps me keeping me more productive and motivated at optimised levels once I started the timer again.

MY EXPERIENCE:

Pomordoro technique managed my distractions and controled my time.
The Technique empowered me to take control on my own time.
It also increased my accountability. Improved my weekly and quarterly plannings.
The most important on this technique decreased my back pain and mental fatigue.
And last one maintained my motivation.

For the above tehehehete

POMORDORO WE CAN DO IN A DAY:
The quantitative answer: Intheory, we can do 0 to 30 pomodoro’s of 25 mins a day. (30 is the max, if you count 7,5 hrs for sleep, and a 30 min pause every 3 P’s) The qualitative answer: It depends.

Many people swear by the Pomodoro Technique, a strategy for sprinting through tasks to get more done, while allowing for brain-resting breaks. You don’t need a Pomodoro timer to apply this just use regular, limited-time "real life" events for your timer.
